Here are some recent pictures of Paker and Landon. As far as an update goes -- same old same old I guess :) I'm still working and going to school. I'm going to finish my sixth class this week towards my masters degree. Only four more classes to go. Plus a couple of capstone classes. Melissa and the boys are doing great. Parker's having a great time lately because Melissa's dad came back from Colorado. Landon is growing up entirely too fast. He's been pulling himself up for a while and now he stands on his own. He'll probably be walking in a few months. Parker figures that wearing your underwear on the outside of your clothes is soooo awesome :) This is Parker taking Landon down the big slide at the park for the first time This is them at Lowes - our favorite place to hang out Parker and I went for a run and Parker decided that we should use shirts as bandanas this is Parker with one of his favorite friends Angelina Landon loves to eat. This kid eats more food that any kid I've ever seen. (And he's only in the 10% for his weight - who knows where they get that data from ) this is a good picture of melissa and landon so I had to put it on here Here are the boys with Uncle Kenny until next time.......................... This is Parker getting ready to go on a "date" with Grandma to the rodeo He is way to cute!! This is his "I'm a tough guy look" This is cowboy Parker riding Mr. Jacob horse He had a blast, thank you Grandma! And this is just way to cute I had to post it Man, we are really bad at this updating thing Jesse and Amber and thier daughter Aviana moved here in March. They just moved into a house in Van a couple of weeks ago. Its nice having them so close. Of course, now I don't have an excuse to go to Colorado during snowboarding season Melissa, the boys, and I are heading to Houston this weekend for a family reunion for my dad's side of the family. I'm really excited to see my grandmother and uncles. Plus, it will be nice to get away for a couple of days with just our family. What else is new -- my brother and his girlfriend have been living in Costa Rica for the past few months. He's been living and working at an endagered wildlife refuge and hanging out on the beaches living the good life. Unforetunately, all good things must come to an end. They are flying back to the states next week. There are probably a bunch of things I've left out, but oh well. Here's a few pictures of our family recently: Here is one of Landon sitting up for the first time. He looks like he's about to fall over in this one but it was cute so I included it Here is a picture of Nathan and Landon at the Tyler zoo This is a picture of Parker feeding the birds at the zoo. We had our friend James give him a boost because the guy is 6'4. Here is Landon and Daniel in the double jogging stroller we bought for the boys. Daniel is the son of some friends of ours, James and Ashely. The next few pictures are of a family fishing day we went to with my company Our little sleeping angel Landon and his cousin Aviana Our beautiful boys Parker loves the babies Our big boy He is so wonderful!! I am the mother to the most wonderful little boys in the world, and the wife to the most amazing man. I could not ask for anything more. I love you boys!!! To post or not to post, that is the question..................... I should be updating my resume' or doing homework, but whatever. I'll get it done at some point. So we've been through a lot since the last post. Landon is 8 weeks old now. He's been through a lot in his short 8 week life. A week after Thanksgiving he had to be life filghted to Children's Hospital in Dallas, admitted to the ICU, and placed on a ventilator and feeding tube. He caught RSV and for newborns it can get pretty rough. It was a scary couple of weeks but he's now home and doing great. It takes a lot more than that to take a Stephens man down and Landon showed our true fighting nature and pulled through like a champion. Parker is doing great. He's become obsessed with Spider-Man. We bought him a spider man costume to wear around and he's got spider man light up shoes. They are awesome. I'd really like to find some in my size but I don't think they make light up shoes for adults. Melissa is doing well also. She doing her best to get sleep when she can, but with a newborn and a 2 year old, its not that easy. I told her that I could put padding up in Parker's room, throw some food in there, and lock the door for a while so she could sleep during the day but she didn't go for it. I started my MBA this week. As if life couldn't get any busier, right. But I want to get it done so I figure the sooner I start, the sooner I finish. Plus, I only take one class every five weeks instead of two so thats kinda nice. Amber is gonna have a baby next Tuesday. Hopefully by then she will know who the father is -- just kidding Amber :) We're gonna go up and see them in a couple of weeks. Then she and Jesse and the baby will move down here to TX in March. Melissa is really excited for Amber to move down here. (Amber - notice how I only said Melissa, there's a reason for that :) ). Anyway, enough rambling -- here are some more recent pictures: This is Parker's girlfriend Angelina

Oh well, I guess every six months or so is better than never. Since the last update a lot has happened. Parker turned 3 in May. We had his birthday party at the Teen Mania pool. It was awesome. The pool there is so nice. I remember helping to build that pool when I was working on the grounds crew as an intern there. It was alot nicer swimming it rather than building it :) I just finished up my fourth class for my MBA degree. Only 6 classes and 4 capstone classes to go and I'll be done.
Melissa's dad is up in Colorado for the summer so Parker is bummed out because he doesn't get to hang out with Papaw while daddy is at work.
